I never did like this strategy of posting a pic like this on a movie poster and not have a scene in the movie. How many customers did this poster lure into the movie thinking they would see Anne Francis being carried in that short skirt she wore? Comic books do the same thing with their "come on covers" and not coming thru with a like scene in the story. But it is a pretty picture and fun to watch.

Someone once asked me who the leading man in this movie was. When I told him, he thought it was a comedy!

Well, to be honest - before seeing this quite nice old scifi flick - I knew Mr. Nielsen as a comedy man too :-)

still a 'classic'...even if Warren Stevens/aka Doc Ostrow was the only character...(deceased at the time), who was actually 'carried' that we saw...(though Robbie probably took Moebius's body to the tractor too when they went back to ship....(*sigh...)

Loved the movie...but bet they could make the ID monster (at least when it was lit up by laser fence and blaster beams!) a lot scarier!

'Skipper, the BLASTED THING'S INVISIBLE!!!'....Lt 'Doc' Ostrow
